   Hello Gail!
   
   How have you been, it's been ages since I've talked to you? Is your mom holding her own and what about you?
   I ended up leaving my job, long story, wasn't planning on it but did it for my state of well being. I can't complain, though, so many have it worse than me. It's just something that could have been avoided if management didn't always take the easy way out. Now they have to deal with it because I'm not there to pick up someones slack.
   
   I hope things are relatively good, wanted to say hi, and have a wonderful week!

   Hi Gail, I'm good, got my sugar under control with a new doctor, Fibro is the same.

   No, I don't have help with my mom. But Ken is being very helpful. I can't go up and down the stairs much and mom is too stubborn to move up here. She wants her own space downstairs.

   I have about another 8 weeks of physio. Hope not longer than that. That will take us right into the winter season. Yuck.
